Welcome to the third Meetup event for WordPress Port Macquarie in 2018!
Agenda: This month, Robey will be teaching us the basics of CSS, or Cascading StyleSheets, or “The code that makes the website look pretty”. You’ll see some practical examples of basic design tweaks you can make to your website using CSS. Like changing the background-colour of the menu bar, fine-tuning the spacing or weight of your typography, or adding a drop-shadow to elements on the page.
Knowing a little bit of CSS can benefit especially when you want to change a specific thing on your website but there are no settings in your theme to manage it.
Cost: These Meetups will be FREE to attend and include food (pizza) – let us know of any dietary needs. Please RSVP if you plan on coming so we know how much food to provide.
