So, you have a successful ecommerce business or website.

How can you increase conversions and make more money?

By speaking directly to your customers.

Personalisation allows you to quickly and effectively modify your content to target multiple audiences. By dynamically changing the copy as the page loads, you can replace headlines, case studies and images with content that exactly match the person viewing your site.

In this presentation, I’ll show you not only how you can make small tweaks for big wins today, but also how to save money while doing it! I’ll also cover how you can use personalisation to optimise Google AdWords campaigns.

Meet the speaker: Hayden Bech

Hayden is a web developer by trade, and runs his own business building sites with Divi. He is also a singer! Having sung for most of his life, Hayden is now the Assistant Director for The Blenders choir who recently performed in the 2018 Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony.

He also runs a business called Vocal Sensei, where he teaches singing to beginners. Vocal Sensei provides free singing courses and vocal coaching to singers all over the world, and is growing rapidly.

Hayden’s recent success with Google AdWords has allowed Vocal Sensei exposure to tens of thousands of impressions each month, a large share of the Indian search market, and hundreds of people receiving his free course monthly.

Hayden’s mission is to convince everyone that they have the power to become singers!
