WordPress, Actually…

How to manage your site’s lifecycle like a boss!

Presented by Gal Baras

Many people invest in designing and building a new site, and go live with the belief that things will be fine. Then, they aren’t. Hackers discover ways to break into the site and updates break the site. Our poor site owner is shocked and must spend tons of unplanned money on fixing things.

What’s worse is the hidden costs and lost potential, which many site owners don’t even know about, like the impact of page loading time on their business or blog popularity, especially on mobile phones.

This presentation provides a reality check from several good years of experience building, supporting, optimising and promoting WordPress websites.
